Parent-Baby Groups

The birth of your baby is the beginning of a lifetime relationship like no other. The process of giving birth and becoming a parent is a transforming experience. Come explore...

  • changes in your relationship with your partner
  • baby care issues
  • interrupted sleep and how to cope
  • ways to nurture yourself
  • balancing work, home, relationships, self, and baby
  • your role as a mother/father
  • other personal issues participants may wish to discuss
Support from other new parents can help us gain perspective, insight, and compassion for this lifelong journey of parenting. Drop in for tea, conversation, and support. You never know where you might meet your new best friend!

Please note: Out of courtesy to others in the group, please don't come if you or your baby have an active cold or have been exposed to a contagious illness. A cold should be considered active in the first three days of symptoms and/or if you or baby are sneezing or coughing. Thank you.
